费米智能电子科技（深圳）有限公司（以下简称"我们"）非常重视您的个人隐私。本政策说明我们通过 InfiChess（费米智连，包名 com.feimi.nfeimiapp）收集哪些信息、如何使用、如何保护，以及您如何行使权利。请在使用本应用前仔细阅读。您继续使用本应用即表示同意本政策。

三、儿童隐私特别说明

本应用主要面向 6 岁及以上的国际象棋学习者，其中包含未成年用户。我们严格遵守《儿童个人信息网络保护规定》、《未成年人个人信息网络保护规定》以及 Google Play 家庭政策 (Families Policy)：

14 岁以下儿童在注册前，必须由父母或法定监护人同意并代为完成注册；
我们不会向未成年用户主动展示广告，也不会将其数据用于精准营销；
父母或监护人有权随时通过 liaojunqu@vonsetchess.com 查阅、更正或删除其孩子的个人信息；
如果我们发现在未获得可核实的监护人同意的情况下收集了 14 岁以下儿童的信息，将立即删除。

四、信息共享、转让与公开披露

我们不会向第三方出售您的个人信息。仅在以下情形共享：

取得您明确同意后共享；
为完成支付所必需（与 Google / Apple 共享购买凭证）；
为完成微信登录/分享所必需（与腾讯共享微信 openId）；
法律法规要求、司法机关或行政部门强制要求；
发生合并、收购、资产转让等交易时，我们会要求受让方继续遵守本政策。

五、数据存储、保护与保留

存储位置：您的个人信息主要存储在中华人民共和国境内的服务器。若需跨境传输（例如向 Google Play / Apple 传输购买凭证），我们会依照相关法律法规执行。
安全措施：全站 HTTPS 传输、密码加盐哈希、访问权限最小化、日志审计、定期渗透测试。
保留期限：账户存续期间持续保留；您注销账户后，我们将在 30 天内删除或匿名化处理，法律法规另有要求的除外。

六、您对个人信息的权利

您可以随时行使以下权利：

访问 / 更正：在 App 内"我的 → 个人资料"中查看、修改；
删除：通过下方邮箱申请，我们将在 15 个工作日内响应；
撤回授权：在系统设置中关闭对应权限（相机、相册、位置等）；
注销账户：App 内"设置 → 账号安全 → 注销账号"或邮件联系我们。注销后所有个人数据将在 30 天内被删除。

如需删除您的账户和相关数据，请发送邮件到 liaojunqu@vonsetchess.com，主题填写："[Delete Account] {注册手机号或邮箱}"。我们将在 15 个工作日内完成删除并回复确认。

七、本政策的更新

我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策。重大变更将通过 App 内公告或推送通知向您告知。您可随时在本页面查阅最新版本。

This Privacy Policy describes what personal information InfiChess (package com.feimi.nfeimiapp) collects, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have. By using this app you agree to this Policy.

3. Children's Privacy

InfiChess is designed for chess learners aged 6 and above, including minors. We comply with COPPA (US), China's Regulation on the Protection of Minors' Personal Information Online, and Google Play's Families Policy:

Children under 14 must have parental / legal guardian consent before registering, and the guardian should register on their behalf.
We do NOT show behavioral advertising to minors and do NOT use their data for targeted marketing.
Parents or guardians can access, correct or delete their child's data anytime by contacting liaojunqu@vonsetchess.com.
If we discover we collected personal information from a child under 14 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it immediately.

4. Data Sharing, Transfer and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it in the following cases:

With your explicit consent;
As required to complete payment (purchase tokens shared with Google / Apple);
As required to complete WeChat login/share (openId shared with Tencent);
To comply with law, court orders, or requests from government authorities;
In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer — the successor will be bound by this Policy.

5. Data Storage, Security and Retention

Storage location: Primary storage is on servers located in the People's Republic of China. Cross-border transfers (e.g. sending purchase tokens to Google / Apple) are done in compliance with applicable law.
Security: HTTPS everywhere, salted password hashing, least-privilege access, audit logging, periodic penetration testing.
Retention: We retain your data while your account is active. After account deletion, all personal data is removed or anonymized within 30 days, except as required by law.

6. Your Rights

Access / Correct: In-app under "Me → Profile".
Delete: Email us; we respond within 15 business days.
Withdraw permissions: Disable camera / photos / location in your device settings.
Delete account: In-app "Settings → Account Security → Delete Account", or email us. All personal data is removed within 30 days.

Account & Data Deletion Request

To delete your account and associated data, email liaojunqu@vonsetchess.com with subject: "[Delete Account] <your registered phone or email>". We will complete the deletion and reply within 15 business days.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or push notification. The latest version is always available on this page.
